Description:  Due to the Norfolk Southern takeover of former D&H lines from CP, the Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley was required to move the two GG-1 electrics, long stored on a CP owned siding along NY-7, onto their own trackage further inland from the junction.

The shingled siding comes from this car's use as a private residence in nearby Maryland, NY for many years before donation to the Leatherstocking Chapter NRHS.

Description:  Originally built as Lehigh Valley Railroad 1551 for premier service on the Black Diamond, this car later found its way into the hands of New Jersey shortline Rahway Valley Railroad. Used as the RV's offices in Kenilworth, NJ, the car was later moved to Cooperstown after the Delaware Otsego assumed operations of the line.

Description:  This old wooden caboose is now part of a hair salon set up inside of the old DL&W New Hartford station. Marked for DL&W due to the heritage of the neighboring tracks, this car might actually be of New York Central heritage. The tracks in the background are now operated by the NYS&W as part of their Utica division.

Description:  The former DL&W New Hartford station, built in the early 20th century, is now used for two private businesses. Although named New Hartford, the station actually stands within the Utica city limits. The tracks behind the station are still operated for local freights by the New York Susquehanna & Western Railway.

Description:  One of the many third rail powered MP-54 MUs that the PRR Juniata Shops constructed for the Long Island Railroad's passenger operations back in the days when the Standard Railroad of the World controlled Long Island's largest railroad. Now a part of the Central New York Chapter NRHS' display at the NY State Fairgrounds, this car is one of only a handful of PRR and LIRR MP-54s to survive in preservation today.
