" Harrisonburg Railroad workers are non union workers, This means they have no job protection at all. If an incident happens on there line, they are subject to dismissal, with no right's to get back to work. They also have no set job. one day they may be laying Rail, then the next day a conductor. They get much lower wages, and no protection. " |
