Description:  WEEL39(Way freight, Elmira district, based at ELmira) rolls past the ex PRR station at Horseheads on the remnant of the Pennsys Elmira Division, a line that went from Williamsport to Sodus Point on Lake Ontario. The PRR had rights on the Erie from Southport, on the south side of Elmira, to Horseheads, then regained its own line. Washouts in Pennsylvania during hurricane Agnes in 1972 spelled the end for the line. What was left was served by CR after 1976 from Elmira.
