Description:  After taking headroom, Q404-21 comes out for their second and final headroom (in which they block the line for 2 hours), eventually going into emergency. To add insult: Q404 has EC1s for Stony Hill, Big Oak Road, while Township Line has to be flagged and protected, all while the conductor is at Stony Hill waiting to be picked up.
