Tanker tie down |
Description: |
This string of tankers sitting on a siding for an extended period of time had to be broken in two in order to keep the grade crossing open. The blue air hose connects it to the other half of the train with a pipe burried under the road. |

Title: |
Front end of tankers |
Description: |
This is the front half of the tanker train still connected to the engines while sitting on a siding. The blue air hose is connected to the rear half of the train by means of an air pipe that goes under the grade crossing. I am not sure if this is a new mandate by the FRA or an old one. |
