Description:  This is on the water level route; Schenectady Amtrak Station is around the curve to the left. The train arrived at Schenectady on the water level route which it took eastbound from Syracuse. In order to get the train onto Pan Am trackage the train had to make a lengthy reverse move up to the north wye track at Ballston Lake.
