GB&W Seymour, WI Depot
Title:  GB&W Seymour, WI Depot
Description:  West and south walls of GB&W depot at Milepost 17 along the Newton Blackmour State Trail in downtown Seymour, WI, on 17 Oct. '12. It was built ca. 1915 to replace an earlier depot built in 1883. It has been moved about 200' northeast of its original location to 209 Depot St., originally Railroad St. It currently houses the Seymour Model Railroad Club. The reefer is painted for GB&W/WRX as well as Seymour Canning Co. A photograph from ‘90s shows it in what looks to be original SRL paint scheme with road number SRLX 5156: http://www.flickr.com/photos/oetiii/8535852119/in/photostream/lightbox/. The Wikipedia listing about the National Railroad Museum states SRLX 5156 is displayed there. I did not see it there during my most recent visit. Unfortunately the National Railroad Museum’s own website offers next-to-zero information about its rolling stock.

GB&W Iola, WI Depot and DMIR C-58?
Title:  GB&W Iola, WI Depot and DMIR C-58?
Description:  The northeast and northwest walls of the I&N, later GB&W, depot at Iola, WI on 13 May '15. The depot was built in 1894 and served the I&N and GB&W until the line was abandoned on 30 May '58. It became known as “Station 66” when it was owned by the GB&W, because it was located 65.7 miles from Green Bay. After abandonment it served as storage for Iola Cooperative for a while. The Iola Historical Society acquired it in Oct. '79. The bay window, which had been removed years ago, has recently been reconstructed. A wooden DM&IR caboose, numbered C-58, is spotted in front of the depot. The caboose was placed there in 1984. It is numbered C-58 but some references state that the caboose moved to Iola was C-36. Other photographs online purport to show C-58, haggard and for sale, at Ely, MN in Jul. ’12. Both were built by predecessor D&IR, C-36 in '05 and C-58 in '06, both were rebuilt in 1911.

GB&W Wisconsin Rapids, WI Roundhouse
Title:  GB&W Wisconsin Rapids, WI Roundhouse
Description:  CN, former GB&W, roundhouse at Wisconsin Rapids, WI on 4 Jul. '17. If it is the original roundhouse, it was built in 1891 by the Green Bay, Winona & St. Paul. I don't know when the turntable was removed. The satellite image still shows 1 track leading into the last stall on the right.
