Car Scale
Title:  Car Scale
Description:  This signal light at the scale in Worcester is strictly for weighing cars. They'll call the dispatcher on the way up, and when the scale is ready for weighing, they'll proceed over the scale, not more than 2 MPH. Red the scale is obviously not ready. And it will go yellow, when the speed is more than 2 MPH ... then it takes time to re-set the scale.
