Album Info:NS Train 65E, westbound was stopped on the Royce Running Track for PTC (Positive Train Control ) issue at approximatley 11:10am, and was cleared to proceed west at approximatley 1:32 PM heard on scanner. Some pictures taken with 70-300mm telephoto lens. on NS Lehigh Line. Hillsborough Township is in Somerest County, NJ.
