Title:  WAMX 4173 - Wisconsin & Southern (Watco)
Description:  Built in December of 1973 as CRIP 4795, this loco bounced through a few owners before landing on the Wisconsin & Southern roster eventually as #4004. After the 2012 purchase by the Watco Co, the loco was renumbered WAMX 4173.

Description:  Like quite a few of its WSOR sisters, this SD40-2 unit built by EMD in December of 1973 as CRIP 4792 landed on several rr rosters before ending up as Wisconsin & Southern #4006. After the 2012 sale to the Watco Co, it was repainted and renumbered WAMX 4175.

Description:  Sitting by the side of the turntable is ex-WSOR 4008, now WAMX 4177 after the purchase by the Watco Company in 2012. The SD40-2 unit was built by EMD in April of 1976 as UP #3442 and then spent some time traveling from one rr to another.

Description:  This SD40-2 unit started out as Union Pacific #3753 and like so many other WSOR locos, bounced from one roster to another before finally ending up as WSOR #4011. After the WSOR sale to Watco Company in 2012, this loco was renumbered WAMX 4180.

Description:  WAMX #4181 sits outside the Janesville roundhouse. Originally built by EMD in April of 1980 as Colorado Southern #7934, it eventually wound up as WSOR #4012. Renumbering to WAMX 4181 came after the WSOR was sold to the Watco Company in 2012.

Description:  Former Wisconsin & Southern loco #4030 is now WAMX 4183 as part of the Watco roster. It is crossing South Pearl street next to the former WSOR roundhouse. Built by EMD in June of 1974 as UP #8007, it bounced around until landing finally as WSOR #4030. After the sale of the WSOR to the Watco Company, it was not repainted but renumbered WAMX 4183.
