Description:  Second in the 7 unit lashup is this SD40-2W unit #5340 with the North America map logo. The CN North America map logo with the superimposed "wet noodle" CN appeared in 1992 to herald the continental reach of Canadian National. Unfortunately, the map would eventually look like a patch of peeling paint as grime covered the details.

Description:  The last unit in the group of seven is CN 2279 seen crossing Broad Street in downtown Griffith, IN and facing the string of freight cars behind. Surprisingly, there were only 50 or so cars so the lashup was basically a power tranfer, probably to the Joliet yard.
