NS train H-76 from Allentown, PA to Manville, NJ upon seeing this signal will enter the Royce Running Track and continue to Manville Yard. Reporting marks sources; RailServe.com 2021 AAR Reporting marks, Railcar Photos_Counting Marks, Piedmont & Western RR Club RR Reporting marks Past & Present. Photo location ; Hillsborough Township. Description:  Aspect ; Steady Red lit Flashing Green Dark, NAME;LIMITED CLEAR INDICATION; Proceed at Limited Speed until entire train clears all interlockings or spring switches, then proceed at Normal Speed. In CSS (Cab Signal System) territory with fixed automatic block signals, trains not equipped with operative cab signal must approach the next signal at Limited Speed. NORAC Rule 281c. Note; NORAC Rule 281C won't be repeated in other pictures of this Aspect . 70-300mm telephoto lnes sued on all signal photos. The Royce Running track is behind this signal, switch for it can be seen on the main track. .
