UP #5553 & KCSM #4520
Title:  UP #5553 & KCSM #4520
Description:  Literally while touring the second floor control room for the former C&EI Haley Tower, we heard the rumble of an approaching train. With no time to get outside, I shot these views through the windows of Haley Tower. Wish they had been cleaner! BTW, thanks to Tom Beckett (see comment below) for catching the fact that it is a KCSM unit, not KCS. Beginning to think the window wasn't that dirty - might be my eyesight instead!

Title:  UP #5553 & KCSM #4520
Description:  The pair were heading up a south bound mixed freight but mostly vehicular flats. I switched windows in the control room at Haley tower to catch this shot.

UP #5553 & KCSM #4520
Title:  UP #5553 & KCSM #4520
Description:  The trailing Kansas City Southern de Mexico unit is still wearing its less than colorful paint scheme. Hope it will be one of the first to get a new paint job under CP control! If I could clean the windows in the Haley Tower at the Wabsh Valley RR Museum, this would be an ideal vantage point for catching the train action!!!
