CBQ Waycar #14108 - Chicago, Burlington & Quincy |
Description: |
This wooden sided way car (CBQ term for caboose) was built by Wells & French in August of 1878 as BMR 11. It became to CBQ 14108 and then onto the BN roster as BN 11022, It was sold for scrap in January of 1973;but purchased by a private party. In now resides in Tecumseh OK. An unknown rail fan caught it while it was sitting in the Cicero yard in 1970. |
