Album Info:A century ago Arthur Stilwell, of Kansas City Southern fame, dreamed of a route through West Texas to the Pacific Coast of Mexico. 2009 Update. The Texas Pacifico from Paisana Junction toward Mexico is now used to store empty double stack TTTX cars.
