EBT 15 at Coles
Title:  EBT 15 at Coles
Description:  15 passes the station and water tank at an area known as Coles. On the real EBT this area is high up n Sidling Hill on a curve known as Mule Shoe. The station is long gone, but the tank still stands. The track is still there although it is barely visible now. It is in the middle of "no where" with no town around, and yet it is one of the most beautiful spots on the railroad.

EBT Hopper rebuild
Title:  EBT Hopper rebuild
Description:  This is a new addition to an existing scene. It depicts a common practice on the EBT back in the day. Actually, this has happened quite recently on the EBT with the FEBT, Friends of the East Broad Top, rebuilding hopper 802 for use in ballest service on the railroad.

Narrow gauge and standard gauge car size comparison
Title:  Narrow gauge and standard gauge car size comparison
Description:  Here we see an On3 boxcar and an O scale gondola mounted on narrow gauge trucks. You can see the size comparison. The mounting of standard gauge cars on narrow gauge trucks was a common practice by the EBT, done in the Mt Union yard using a structure called the Timber Transfer. The EBT did such things to haul standard gauge cars over their rails south to Orbisonia, and then sent the cars out the Shade Gap branch. Those cars usually hauled materials that were used to build the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
