Album Info:In the shadow of the elegant cooling tower on Lake Michigan shoreline in Michigan City, IN, this Northern Indiana Public Service Corp switcher shuffles loaded and empty coal cars to the power plant. A shy and difficult unit to photograph, I finally caught it out in the open one day. Unfortunately by the way it was being inspected, it appeared as if it might have had an axle problem. From the looks of the long line of loaded coal cars it was moving, it should be no surprise.
