Album Info:Working as the power for short excursions at the Fort Wayne RR Historical Society Open House was this ex-Army 44 tonner built in 1953 by the Davenport Besler Corporation. According to the info poster at the open house, the unit spend most of its career at the Casad Military Depot east of New Haven, IN. It was donated to the society in 1985. Its two V-8 caterpillar diesels come in handy when called on to switch cars at the shop as well as serving as the yearly Santa Train.
