Album Info:Parked on a siding near the Chicago South Shore & South Bend mainline in Hessville, IN, were these Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (parent company of the commuter CSS&SB) maintenance flat cars, waiting for their next use on the line. Although it looks more like fall than the dead of winter, this is February, 2012 - no snow this winter in northwest Indiana!
