Album Info:NS 8099 came into South Jersey on NS 506, a coal train bound for CoGen in Carney's Point, NJ on 9/10/2012. I got a chance to photograph on 9/13/2012 early in the morning before it is scheduled to depart.... The unit returned on NS 38G on 2/17/2014 and I barely caught it the next day going out on 39G.
