Album Info:Didn't realize that I had captured a set of before & after photos of a working CSX caboose until I started clearing some folders. This forlorn CSX caboose has been spotted many times running locals at Dolton and Blue Island but it went through a terrific make-over in May, 2013. See for yourself!
