WSOR 3809, WSOR 3813, and WSOR 3803
Title:  WSOR 3809, WSOR 3813, and WSOR 3803
Description:  WSOR local parked, silent and dark, on the former MILW rails on the north side of Hwy. MM at Rhine Mills in the Town of Rhine, Sheboygan Co., WI on 17 Oct. '15. The small community of Rhine Mills was adjacent to a quarry and lime kiln built by the Sheboygan Valley Land and Lime Co. I don’t know if there was a station here, but there was a spur off to service the quarry and lime kiln. Rhine Mills included a school, saw mill, grain mill, blacksmith, general store, saloon, boarding house, et al. The remnants of the lime kilns still stand and are easily visible from the hwy. about 1200 feet of west of the grade crossing. This site was approximately Milepost 148 on MILW’s Milwaukee to Iron Mountain line. I had encountered this train at Elkhart Lake earlier in the day. I did not stick around there because I thought this train would soon be on its way back toward Plymouth and points south. I waited in Plymouth, hoping to shoot the train as it passed the former C&NW and MILW depots there, for 5 hours but the train never came through. After giving up and heading home, I was surprised, and disappointed, to discover it parked here. Oh well.

Title:  WSOR 3813
Description:  A WSOR (WATCO) train fould the County Highway FF grade crossing in Fisk as it picks up some GACX cars from a siding. The loco's are on the 1910 built bridge across Eight Mile Creek, which has since been replaced over the summer of 2016. The neat Old Style sign at the local bar has also met it's demise over the latter half of the 2016 summer, due to vandalism. I have noticed these types of signs are starting to disappear as beer marketing practices have been changing.

WAMX 3891
Title:  WAMX 3891
Description:  A WSOR train reaches Oshkosh and enters the small yard. In reality this "yard" is not much more than a run around and is adjacent to the United Co-Op elevator facility with its numerous tracks. There is also a spur which serves as the WATCO Port and Terminal facility in Oshkosh, trans-loading granular commodities into these two bay covered hoppers via conveyor. The terminal facility also is involved in transferring between truck and tank cars marked with "inedible tallow". The flat cars with plate steel on them will be going to one or both of the two steel processing centers located on the line.
