Description:  BNSF 6363 rushing into Connell to start the onslaught - as soon as the north signal by the ladder yard (and stopped BNSF 3915) would flick to yellow, thered be a pause and itd start flashing to suggest the block was almost clear - turned out to be a consistent interval to move into position for the next northbound which would come sailing (silently - crossings protected handily by those little yellow signs! (Did I mention I was having a great time visiting with Mr. White (retired Northern Pacific employ) about the idiocy of such things? It was neat to talk with a fellow railroad buff while watching freight roll by... of course, sun and some warmth mightve been nice, but I was still glad he was willing to take time out of his daily walk to chat... and heres public record to his better half, who apparently runs him out of the house each day for exercise (whence he walks down by the tracks in a circuit through the crossings) - your husband was exercising - we paced back and forth across the bridge (some of the time... when we werent holding up the guardrail)... where was I? Sorry, retired brain syndrome. Oh, yeah... Would come sailing by hot on the heels of the previous consist.
