Description:  Volkmer. Here is a postal card entitled "Pennsylvania RR." No postmark. Caption On Reverse: "A line of Pennsy units ready for service at Erie, Pennsylvania, October 1958. EMD and Baldwin built freight power are in this unposed view. Photo by William D. Volkmer." Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2025, #9738, and #9683. #2025 and #9738 were both built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #2025 was built in April of 1952 and retired in January of 1967, while #9738 was built in May of 1951 and retired July of 1966. #9683 is an EH-15 built by GM-EMD in February of 1949, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and later regeared and reclassified as an EF-15A.

Description:  Chione. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Crestline, Ohio, during November of 1961. The photographer is not identified. Shown here (L to R) are portions of Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2000, an unidentified unit, # 2020, another unidentified unit, and #2025. All are BF-16's built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #2000 was built in June of 1951 and retired in July of 1966. #2020 was built in March of 1952, while #2025 was built in April of 1952; both were retired in June of 1967.
