| Description: |
Interesting if not rare photo by an unknown photographer of the GE C30-S7R rebuilt locomotive, usually called a "Super 7" model. The GE "Super 7" Series is a line of rebuilds using U-boat cores. This program would upgrade components and the unit up to late Dash 7, or Dash 8 electronics. Therefore, the GE Super-7 series was seen as a variant of the "Dash 7" line. |
