Description:  Possibly the last shot ever taken of the 3826. Shortly after this photo was taken(I'm not sure how shortly thereafter), the 3826 was renumbered to the 3807. All I know is between now and then it has been renumbered, but not repainted. It's currently based in Van Yard working the Terre Haute Utilities.
