It is not the best image of the duo, but it was hard to get a good shot because we were on the interstate on the opposite side from the yard they were in. ALE locos and an NS consist at Sibert |
| Description: |
Saw these when I was flying over CSX’s Sibert Yard. ALE 3859 and ALE 3863 were sitting in the ALE yard office/car shops, and there was an NS consist sitting in Sibert. I sadly couldn’t get any numbers of the NS units, but the lead unit appears to be an SD70ACC, the middle unit appears to be a Dash 9, and the rear unit appears to be either an SD70ACe, SD70ACU, or an SD70M-2. These locomotives were really strange/rare to see in Sibert, and it was cool to see all of the locos present. |
