Acquired from one of Norfolk Southern's recent locomotive auctions, the unit is reportedly in great mechanical shape and will soon be repainted and placed in passenger service along the branch.

Description:  NS 5128 is a GP38-2, one of thirty one units constructed by EMD in the winter of 1974 for freight operations on the Southern Railway. Later serving successor Norfolk Southern Railway, the locomotive was auctioned off to the Colebrookdale where it will spend its retirement years hauling passengers through the Secret Valley.
