MDFC SW1200 #180 - Minn-Dak Farmers' Cooperative
Title:  MDFC SW1200 #180 - Minn-Dak Farmers' Cooperative
Description:  This good looking SW1200 switcher started out as Northern Pacific SW1200 #121 in March of 1955. After being absorbed into the Burlington Northern roster, it was eventually sold to the Minn-Dak Farmers' Cooperative for use at the grainery in Wahpeton, ND. Eric Berg took the photo as it sat outside the plant. Although not yet recognized by the RRPA databse, the reporting mark "MDFC" does belong to the Minn-Dak Farmers' Cooperative.
