Description:  A train of DRGW hoppers just down from CF&I at Pueblo moving from C&S tracks to ATSF tracks then on to Jansen. At Jansen the C&W will pull the train up to Weston, CO. and the Allen Mine. The mine will load coal that will be converted to coke at the coking plant at CF&I and used to produce steel products. This is all in the history books now.

Description:  At dusk on a Sunday, Cotton Belt bicentennial SD45T-2 9389 and SP SDP45 3204 were resting at New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal. They had come in on a special train the previous day, and would head back west tomorrow. The 13-car train consisted of baggage car 298, office cars 99, 106 OREGON, 117 TUCSON, 140 STANFORD and 100 AIRSLIE, UP sleeper OMAHA, SP office cars 141 OAKLAND and 107 DEL MONTE, lounge car 291, diner 290, sleeper 292, and office car 150 SUNSET.
