1st train across the Carlton Bridge
Title:  1st train across the Carlton Bridge
Description:  Built in the late 20s the Carlton Bridge put the ferrys out of work. US Rt1 is overhead. As I understand it the State was a big player in building the bridge, but maintenance was left to the RR. The signal at the right of the locomotive shows up in the next photo at the extreme right of the frame. Looking east, the station is behind the camera across the tracks. /DL
