DCLX 4102, which was at the ICL-IP Chemical Co. facility at Gallipolis Ferry, WV on 8-12-2015, has a number of safety or haz-mat logos applied to the outside. The DOT/Safety placard has code 2023, and a lower case 6 to show class 6. Something unnerving is the additional emblem showing a dead tree and a dead fish, under the "checkerboard" of dates due and date done for various inspections, tests, etc. |
