Title:  CB&Q Class LO-7 184237
Description:  Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad Class LO-7 184237 at Northtown, Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 23, 1984, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This car was one of 400 cars built in early 1966 by American Car & Foundry, number series 184000 - 184399. The LO-7's were 38 feet long inside, 42 feet, 1 inch overall, and had twin 1,600 cubic foot compartments with ACF gravity outlets and two-section trough loading hatches. High hand brake wheels characterized the Class LO-7's. They had no special interior lining and were used primarily in bentonite loading out of Wyoming and Montana. The LO-7's were assigned BN numbers 437000 - 437399, however 20 cars from the series 184021 - 184345 were renumbered BN 476000 - 476019, and five cars from series 184050 - 184371 were renumbered into the BN series 447135 - 447445.
