Title: |
"Colorado Midland 425" |
Description: |
This is really the CB&Q 14634, but the side of the waycar facing US 24 has been painted iw Colorado Midland colors to represent the railroad which once ran along the rocky cliffs above Buena Vista. The DRGW and Denver, South Park & Pacific arrived first and took the best route through the valley, leaving the CMRR to build their line high above, blasting tunnels and cuts through the rocks. |
