CEFX 301714 |
Description: |
CEFX 301714 was part of a westbound UP train on the UP Sedalia sub at Syracuse, MO on 9-22-2020. The brush or vegetation obscured the car number but I verified it using the next couple of photos. Model railroaders could use this "trick" for photo ops, if desired. This car also seems to have been lettered for a previous owner, perhaps Farnhamville, Iowa. Note also the pinkish hue on the car's exterior. |

CEFX 301714 was part of a westbound UP train on the UP Sedalia sub at Syracuse, MO on 9-22-2020. This view shows the car number and CEFX lettering. Again note the pinkish hue or tint on the exterior and a set of lettering, covered over but still partly visible. My guess is that it used to read "Farnhamville Iowa". |
