Description:  October 13, 2020, 12:27 pm: CSXT 604464 hot steel slabs: This car loaded with hot new steel slabs is one of a long string in this mixed freight train that is making a slow right turn from the southbound CSX track that runs along the east end of the Iron Triangle Railroad Park. The train is turning on to the westbound track. Research indicates these slabs are made at a steel mill in River Rouge, Michigan, and taken to an AK Steel fabricating plant in Middleton, Ohio. CSXT 604464: CSX Transportation hot steel slab flat car. Light weight, 66,800 pounds. Load limit, 219,200 pounds. Inside length, 37 feet. Built December 2014 by FreightCar America.
