NP heavyweight business car GREEN RIVER (ex-#1 [2nd], nee-YELLOWSTONE [2nd]) (Pullman, Lot #4748, Plan #7030, August 1924), built as the YELLOWSTONE (2nd), to #1 (2nd) in December 1940, to GREEN RIVER in December 1955, to BN via merger in March 1970, retired in November 1970 and resold to Purdy Company, later resold to 7th Street Station restaurant (Vancouver, WA), resold in the 2000's to a private owner and stored, later resold to Doug Brown, later resold to another private owner and stored on the Chelatchie Prairie RR (Battle Ground, WA). Scanned with an Epson V550 from a duplicate 35mm slide, brand is unknown. Date and photographer are unknown. |
