CNJ 1173 |
Description: |
The name "Beachcomber" can still be seen on the side of this former CNJ coach parked on home rails at Winslow Junction. After the Blue Comet run was discontinued, CNJ 1173 became part of the regular commuter pool. The name comes from its regular use on New York & Long Branch trains between Jersey City and Bay Head Junction. |
