Title:  CB&Q XM-5 9843
Description:  CB&Q XM-5 9843 at Cicero, Illinois on an unknown day in August 1982, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This was one of 50 class XM-5 60'9" inside length auto parts boxcars numbered 9800-9849 (BN #'s 390000-390049) built by Pullman-Standard in October 1963 for the CB&Q. When delivered it was painted in the then-standard CB&Q Chinese Red paint scheme with a Burlington Route herald on the large square plate attached to this end of the car.
