Is this in the northwest part of the BNSF yard? What exactly do they do here, and which direction does the engine face? I can't believe they'd be allowed to run on BNSF rails to Burlington, Tim.

I'm not for certain, however i think they do some sort of local service to supplement the bussiness they do in Burlington. I have seen this unit dragging a short train through Batavia, Iowa (between Burlington and Ottumwa). I'm not sure what kind of arrangement has been made. I'm not a RR employee, just a fan, so it is only a guess!
