CTA Ravenswood Train on Wells Street Bridge  Contributor's Pick!
The push boat is the Donald C. Hannah. It has a hydraulic lift on its pilot house which is lowered so the Chicago River bridges would not have to be opened. It was about to push under the Wells Street Bridge which is supporting a CTA two-car Ravenswood train. It is pushing east toward Lake Michigan. The shot was taken from the Franklin Street Bridge. To see where this is Google "Wells Street and Wacker Drive, Chicago", hit "Maps", and hit "Satellite".
