South Dakota Central # 103C
I don't believe there was a railroad of this name. I found this locomotive with some Santa Fe RR Passenger Cars at the 1880 Town

There wasn't a railroad by this name that I know of. This is an ex-MILW FP7.

The South Dakota Central railroad ran from Sioux Falls to Watertown, SD. It was built in the early 1900's and was later taken over by the Great Northern. A segment of the line is still used by the BNSF between Sioux Falls and Wentworth.
