Mark Frazier General Myself and Lee Goad own what is left of this E-8. we bought it from The Western Reserve Historical Society December of 2006. At the time we both worked at the National New York Central Railroad Museum (owned by the City of Elkhart) before a change in city administration. Due to the econimic downturn and not having a place to go we have had to backburner this project. 2/5/2009 9:07:09 PM
