Bernie Feltman General Mike, that is an incredible photo!!! And, not only did you get awesome power in the lead, but he's flying "white" extra flags!!! GREAT job 12/31/2009 7:34:48 PM
Eugene Cain General Does anyone know why the "Return to Train" Signal here is missing it's Targets??? I have seen a number of Pictures in Florida where the Targets were missing. it seems the Indicator would be hard to see without those targets around them. SAL had these Indicator Lights at crossings, but these are the only ones I have seen missing their targets. In April of 1986, I came here for the first time only to find the trackage removed from Callahan to Gross. It had just happened and there were bundled piles of crossties all over the place. This very Signal had been yanked out of the ground and was just laying there. At the time, I didn't know what the Signal was for. Later, i discovered it's purpose, but SCL phased them out sometime after the merger. CSX removed pretty much all of them in the late 1990s. This is an awsome Picture Mike!!!! 11/23/2012 1:04:46 AM
