Could be a GE, but the taper next to the cab and the AAR trucks suggest EMD SW. Except the hood louver pattern is not EMD, and the shape of the front of the hood is neither GE or EMD! Got me beat. In any case, this number has now been reallocated to a green MP900 centercab. https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?2,4469551
