Built in June 1954 (c/n 19596) on EMD Order 5351 as MILW 2433, it was renumbered in the early 1960's. It is equipped with a steam generator. It was retired in January 1981, and is seen here at the Milwaukee's passenger facilites in Chicago with what appears to be a bar or pipe welded across the access doors, visible running through the word MILWAUKEE. |
