Wayne Hudak General NYC bay window cabooses with the Cigar Band Herald [as this photo shows] were painted Jade Green. PREVIOUS to the Jade Green scheme, they were painted red with the old NYC small oval herald [black/white lettering and border. 5/3/2010 11:58:10 PM
