OC 7574 North
The Northbound (west at this point) empty Ohio & Pennsylvania (OHPA) trash train begins his journey to Youngstown in Negley, Oh. This is not the 1st time the Ohio Central has ever operated this line as the OH\A. Back in the early 1990's, after the Youngstown & Southern became no more, the Ohio Central took over operations, only to give up on it. Years passed and the owner of the line (Columbiana Couty, I THINK, need some help Dave!) wanted the line rebuilt and named the D&R (Dardanville & Russellville?) as the operator5 under the name of the Central Columbiana & Pennsylvania (CQPA). Fairly recently, the CQPA stopped paying the bills to the State/County, and they were removed. Did I get that somewhat correct, Dave? I know you are looking :)
