This locomotive was built in CB&Q's West Burlington, Iowa shops in October 1937. Baldwin supplied the boiler, the railroad assembled the locomotive. It was equipped with a Worthington SA feedwater heater. Number 5620 was built as a coal burner (Class O-5-A) but was converted to burn oil (Class O-5-B). |
