This 33,400-gallon car was on the Illinois Central Gulf at Jackson, Mississippi. It was from the 2-car series ACFX 89351-89352 and was unusua` for such a big tank car to have side ladders. Most 6- and 8-axle tank cars had end ladders. These two cars were built under ACF Industries Lot No. 71-14183 in 1970 for the Shippers' Car Line Division of ACF, and were initially leased to Rubicon Chemical Co. for toluene diisocyanate service.
